Milenca joined OPTRON in February 2023 as Group HR Manager. She holds a BCom Honours Degree, majoring in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and is a registered Chartered HR Professional with the SABPP.

Milenca has multiple years’ experience in all practical and theoretical facets of HR, with a proven track record across various industries, including tourism, medical, supply chain & logistics, finance, property, and education.
